Vishoka meditation is rooted in the ancient wisdom of a long line of spiritual masters that includes Patanjali and The Buddha. Each brought their own unique insight to the practice, thereby making it accessible and relevant for their era. As that authentic living tradition continues, these practices are now presented in a precise step by step format, designed to unite the breath and mind in our busy modern age. Their combined forces can then be directed inward to discover the profound stillness at the centre of our conciousness. The ancient yogis called this state VISHOKA, a state free from pain, sorrow and negativity and infused with joy and tranquility, and they insisted that we all can achieve it.
Vishoka meditation is a powerful transformative practice. It is suitable for complete beginners and no previous yoga experience is required to learn this technique. Experienced meditators and yoga practitioners will find it the perfect compliment to their existing practice.
As one of the first group of certified Vishoka meditation teachers worldwide, I feel honoured to be able to share this technique with you in a 12 week introductory course format.
Details of upcoming dates, format and pricing will be added in due course.
